Application Procedure for the Establishment and Membership of Public Committees
1. Eligibility and Pre-Requisites
1.1. Only individuals who have been formally recognized and approved as Public Community Members of the organization shall be eligible to submit an application to join or establish a Public Committee.
1.2. The privilege to propose the establishment of a new Public Committee is exclusively reserved for those who hold an active status as approved Public Community Members.
2. Formal Submission of Application for New Public Committees
2.1. The initiating Public Community Member shall submit a formal application to the organization via the official communication channel, specifically directed to contacts@lymecare.org .
2.2. The application must be comprehensive and include the following mandatory details:
- The full legal name of the applicant.
- The applicant’s unique Public Community Member secret identification number.
- The precise and proposed designation of the new Public Committee.
- A detailed rationale justifying the necessity and purpose of establishing the new committee.
- A clear articulation of the intended missions and objectives that the committee will undertake.
- The name and Public Membership ID number (excluding the secret ID number) of the proposed Public Committee Leader.
- An official email address designated for communications and interactions with the committee.
2.3. It is imperative that the application is submitted from the identical email address that was originally used by the Public Community Member when joining the organization.
3. Endorsement by Additional Public Community Members
3.1. The formal establishment of a new Public Committee is contingent upon the explicit endorsement and active participation of a minimum of three (3) approved Public Community Members.
3.2. The initiating member, herein referred to as the "Proposer," is required to submit the initial application form for the committee to the organization.
3.3. The additional two (2) supporting Public Community Members must provide their formal endorsement by submitting a separate email to contacts@lymecare.org , containing:
- The exact title of the proposed committee as initially specified by the Proposer.
- Their respective secret Public Community Member identification numbers.
4. Declaration of Compliance and Awareness
4.1. The application shall include a formal declaration, duly signed by the Proposer, affirming that they, along with the supporting members (whose full legal names shall be listed), possess a comprehensive understanding of the organization’s structure, bylaws, and the obligations entailed by Public Community Membership.
5. Application to Join an Existing Public Committee
5.1. Any approved Public Community Member who wishes to join an existing Public Committee must submit a formal request via email to contacts@lymecare.org .
5.2. The application to join an existing committee must include the following information:
- The full legal name of the applicant.
- The applicant’s unique Public Community Member secret identification number.
- The exact name of the Public Committee the applicant wishes to join.
- A statement outlining the applicant’s interest in the committee, their intended contributions, and how their involvement will further the committee's missions and the overall objectives of the organization.
5.3. The application must be submitted from the email address that the applicant originally used when joining the organization.
5.4. Upon submission, the application will be reviewed by the Directors, Community Deputy, and the current Public Committee Leader, who will collectively determine the suitability of the applicant for the desired committee.
5.5. If the application is approved, the applicant will be notified via email and will be provided with any necessary instructions to formally join the committee and commence their involvement.
5.6. All approved committee members shall adhere to the regulations, goals, and directives established by the committee and its leadership, ensuring their active participation aligns with the organization’s overarching mission.
5.7. The applicant must have initiated prior communication with the existing Public Committee Leader through the committee's official email address. The Committee Leader must express agreement with the applicant’s desire to join, confirming that they have established contact and have been properly introduced to one another.
